Buying or renting a property
Buying property overseas is a big decision. It can seem quite complex buying in a city you don’t know well. London is a huge city of well over 9 million people with huge variation in price and character for different parts of town.

Our focus is on helping Hong Kong investors, either in terms of investment properties or a family home with access to good schools. We can:

advise on tradeoff between new & second hand property
recommend a solicitor or mortgage broker
help with finding a tenant and managing the property (if doing a Buy to Let investment)
Mirandus Properties is here to guide you through the whole process from start to finish, including consultation, searching, negotiating and buying the right property.
Basically, we are a one stop shop. We are based in London ourselves and aim to make this work as seamlessly as possible.
